Outsourced Placements

Offers local governments the flexibly to outsource positions to GovTempsUSA. These employees are placed in a participating local government but are retained as Associates of the firm. Previously selected candidates may be placed or the firm can assist the local government in finding the right candidate to perform the specific needs specified.

Specific Project Placements

Associates of the firm will complete specific projects. Examples include:

GovTempsUSA will also work with clients to develop and/or coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects with selected local governments sharing similar project needs and desired outcomes.

Process Improvement Center

With the assistance of private sector partners, GovTempsUSA will assist clients in determining the most efficient and effective ways to deliver local government services. Studies range from outsourcing services to retooling in-house services. GovTempsUSA will serve as the link between our private sector partners and our public sector clients to improve local government service delivery within their communities.
